Membership of COVO Northern Ghana

COVO relies on its members to shape the work of COVO and we welcome you to become a member. Please read the benefits and the criteria of membership below.

The main aims for COVO and their members:

• Developing networks and partnerships of voluntary organisations across the region.
• Providing information, advice and support to COVO.
• Developing, influencing and responding to policy that affects COVO in the region.
• Working with statutory and other partners.
• Supporting COVO representation, advocating for and providing a voice for the sector. 

 

COVO membership criteria

COVO has an open membership for any voluntary organisation in Northern Ghana.

Formembershipyour organisation must:

• Be independent, in that you determine your own existence, constitution and objectives.
• Working with volunteers to reach to goal of development and cultural exchange.
• Create a public benefit in the sector of development.
• Have a physical base in Northern Ghana.
